The Block pattern Yellow Compound Rear tyres are one of Schumachers Re-release success stories as not only are they actually a 2 inch diameter tyre fitting the increasing popular revival in drivers racing retro R/C cars from the 80’s and 90’s. They are also an excellent control tyre used at several clubs running indoor race meetings on astro turf. As they are stretched onto the more modern 2.2 inch wheels there are a few ways they can be mounted, either cutting the inner rib off the wheel or the inner rib off the tyre to give a more “stand up” tread profile.
